Graduation Information

Spring 2024 applications will be accepted through March 15, 2024.

Steps to Apply for Graduation

1. MEET WITH YOUR ADVISOR:
   Have your advisor review your student record to determine if you are eligible to graduation this semester.
2. SUBMIT A Graduation Application by March 15, 2024
   A graduation application is REQUIRED in order to graduate.
   List your name exactly as you want it to appear on your credential.
   Once your application is submitted, your advisor is required to forward your degree audit (EVAL) to graduation@aifengcai.com in order for it to be processed.
   **Only the highest credential for which the student is eligible will be awarded in a given semester.**
3. ORDER YOUR CAP AND GOWN
   Order your Cap and Gown online. The last day to order your Graduation Regalia online is Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
4. Attend ONE Graduation Practice
   Practice will be held at Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center & Conference Center at 1801 Nash Street, Sanford, NC on the following days and times:

   • Tuesday, April 9, 2024 1 p.m.
   • Tuesday, April 9, 2024 5:30 p.m.
   • Wednesday, April 10, 2024 1 p.m.
   • Wednesday, April 10, 2024 5:30 p.m.
   Please only attend ONE practice time.
5. Graduation Day
   Date: May 9, 2024
   Time: TBD
   There will not be a Fall ceremony, this ceremony is to honor graduates who complete all requirements for their program during the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.

Please keep the following important points in mind:

• If you have any outstanding debts to the College or overdue library materials, your credential will be held until your debt to the College is cleared or satisfied.
• The Student Records and Registrar’s office must have an official high school transcript or High School Equivalency transcript on file in order to award your credential.
• A program grade point average of 2.0 or higher and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher is required to award any curriculum credential.
